“MAJOR SAN FRANCISCO LAW FIRM AGREES TO BECOME PARTNER WITH JLA AND STANFORD LAW SCHOOL”

We are pleased to announce that the law firm of Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP has been retained by the JLA to work with the Environmental Law Clinic at Stanford University in order to help the JLA with strategy and guidance as it pertains to the proposed Intrawest development at the Rodeo Grounds. Having both legal firms partnering with the JLA will help insure that the development process proceeds properly. Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger are nationally respected experts in the initiative and referendum process as used in conjunction with keeping environmentally sensitive developments in accordance with community guidelines.
